NY Times ‘TimesTalks’ Series Expands to Chicago
Since 1998 the “TimesTalks” conversation series has paired together staff members of The New York Times with celebrated talent to engage in entertaining, thought-provoking discussions.
Friday, November 19, 2010 “TimesTalks” is making it’s debut in Chicago. Staff writer for The New York Times Magazine, Frank Bruni will moderate a culinary panel discussion entitled “Chicago Chefs Live!” featuring Rick Bayless, Art Smith, Charlie Trotter and Lee Brian Schrager. The discussion will focus on food, exploring the culinary success of Bayless’s Frontera Grill and Topolobompo, Smith’s Art and Soul and Table Fifty-Two, and Trotter’s restaurant Charlie Trotter’s. These three nationally-renowned Chefs will also be joined by Lee Brian Schrager, creator and cookbook author for Food Network South Beach and New York City Wine & Food Festivals.
